Asset Data Standards

There are a number of attempts being made to develop asset data standards, including:

  • ADAC
  • A-Spec
  • LandXML
  • Roads Alliance Minimum Common Data Set

and the Australian Centre of Excellence for Local Government is apparently working on a minimum data set for Asset & Financial Management which is due by the end of 2010
