Asset Management Practices

In Queensland the Department of Local Government, Sport & Recreation has mandated that Asset Management Plans should contain a section on asset management practices.¹.

The International Infrastructure Management Manual also recommends the inclusion of a section on asset management practices within an AMP, including; a summary of AM data, information systems, processes (decision making) and implementation tactics.
