Asset Performance Monitoring

Asset Performance Monitoring is the measurement of asset performance over time with a view to assessing if assets are actually delivering the level of service they are designed to deliver.

Longitudinal user satisfaction surveys like the example included in reference [2] below are one method of monitoring asset performance.

National Asset Management Assessment Framework

The annual National Asset Management Assessment Framework questionnaire asks multiple questions about; asset performance, asset management performance and performance monitoring, and highlights its importance.
