Bland Shire Council is situated on the fringes of the Riverina in central New South Wales. The Shire's main town is West Wyalong but also encompasses the villages of Barmedman, Ungarie, Weethalle, Tallimba, Mirrool, Naradhan and Kikiora. It covers an area of 8560 km² and has a population of 6,343.
