Camden Council

Camden Council is located in New South Wales. The Council covers an area of 201 kmĀ² and has a population of 54,080.

Camden is a growing regional centre located approximately 60km south west of Sydney in the heart of the Macarthur district, less than an hours drive from the Sydney CBD. Camden is birthplace of the wool, wheat and wine industries in Australia, and has retained many of the traditional qualities of a rural lifestyle characterized by historic towns, country villages and new suburban areas.
