Campaspe Shire Council

Campaspe Shire Council is located in northern Victoria. It contains the towns of Girgarre, Echuca, Kyabram, Rochester, Tongala and Rushworth. It covers an area of 4,517 square kilometres, and in 2006 it had a population of 36,209. It was formed in 1994 from the merger of the City of Echuca, Shire of Deakin, Shire of Rochester, Shire of Waranga, Town of Kyabram and part of the Shire of Rodney.
