City of Stirling

The City of Stirling is located in the northern suburbs of Perth, Western Australia, approximately 10 kilometres north of the Perth CBD. The City covers an area of 105.2 square kilometres and has a population of 193,300 (2008), making it the largest local government area by population in Western Australia.

Principal asset register is maintain in Works&Assets (Technology One), where it is part of the operations and project management modules and links to the financial system. This information is available in the field via handheld devices connected by the 3G network.

MyData asset register is used for the valuation of assets. Stirling Council does not use the workhandling module of assetic.
