City of Whittlesea Asset Management Sharepoint Site
The City of Whittlesea Asset Management Sharepoint Site was set up in January 2012.
As of 15 May 2012 it contained:

- 530 images
- 81 documents
It was set up to:
a) develop Asset Management Plans
b) organise and give context to general asset related information
It is being developed using Microsoft Sharepoint 2010, Council's corporate document management system.
The home page (see below) contains links to the Asset Management Policy, Strategy & Plans, and pages about the major asset classes.

Individual asset pages are being set up for bridges, buildings and parks. These pages typically contain, some general information, photos, embedded google map locality plans, and links to related information.
