Community Satisfaction Survey
A Community Satisfaction Survey is a survey undertaken to discover how the residents of a municipality perceive that their Council is performing.
Victoria
In Victoria the great majority of Councils participate in an annual community satisfaction survey.
The survey asks a sample of residents about how the Council is doing with respect to four indicators:
and nine specific performamce areas, namely:
- Appearance of Public Areas;
- Economic Development;
- Enforcement of Local Laws;
- Health and Human Services;
- Local Roads and Footpaths;
- Recreational Facilities;
- Town Planning Policy and Approvals;
- Traffic Management and Parking Facilities;
- Waste Management.
