Date Stamping Assets
Date Stamping Assets is a simple, cheap but useful way to ensure construction dates are permanently recorded.
Probably the horse has bolted on this idea a bit, but if Councils had been in the practice of marking newly poured footpaths with the year of construction over the past 50 years or so it would be very easy to look at footpaths in a given area, and get a very good feel for their useful life.
