Deterioration Profile
A Deterioration Profile is a graph or relationship showing how an asset's condition is likely to deteriorate over time.
Individual assets will deteriorate at different rates depending on how well they were constructed, their environment, usage, and many other factors, but a typcial deterioration profile for a particular type of asset could be developed by recording how a sample of assets have deteriorated over time and averaging those figures.
