What systems is your Council currently using, or looking at using in the management of assets both financially and technically and What are the pros and cons of these systems?

The City of Monterey, CA, USA is using INFOR asset management. The system was previously sold under the name of HANSEN Information Technologies. However, this system is just for asset management and does not have an integrated financial module.
We have integrated some of the HANSEN functionality with our pay roll system - powered by VTI and EDEN Financial.
We are using HANSEN version 7.7 which runs virtually without downtime. Crystal report (Business Objects) is creating the various cost reports we use.
The newest version is HANSEN 8 and a web-based application that requires a lot of customization.
The HANSEN software suite is complete and very user friendly. I know that they have a great Australian/NZ representations and actually a good user group as well.
