Council Pages
I have just made a couple of changes to the Bundaberg Regional Council page which I think could serve for an updated template for the other Council pages. I have added a locality plan, which I think makes the page look more interesting, and a favourite pages section. I think the favourite pages section is a good way for each Council to navigate to the pages they are interested in, but it will also help with understanding which parts of the site are the most popular generally.
