Generic Asset Management Plans for Queensland Councils

The Queensland Government has recently circulated a list of minimum requirements for Asset Management Plans. I would like to develop some generic AMPs based on these requirements and publish them here.
To get the ball rolling I have started work on an AMP template for Stormwater Drainage Assets. I would really appreciate any feed back about the template, and I think if a few people were willing to help develop it, it could become an excellent free resource for Queensland and other Councils.
Even if you don't have time to help out with its development, please feel free to use, copy and modify it in anyway you see fit.
