There is a lot of debate (at least at Bundaberg Regional Council) about whether certain activities are "operation" or "maintenance". Mowing is one of the activities mentioned a lot in this debate.

Hi all, I have just added the Main Roads (Queensland) definition of operations to the Operation page. They cite "Grass Mowing" as an example of an operation activity. We have had a lot of discussion here about whether it should be considered operation or maintenance. It is listed as a maintenance activity her for the moment, but we would like to get a bit of a consensus on where it should sit, so some comments would be greatly appreciated.
