Temp 1 month engagement, whilist the permanent employee is on leave. ? Handle, investigate and respond to customer inquiries related to road and drainage assets and flooding damage; ? Management / monitoring and administering of the insurance claim investigation for assets section; and ? Provision of higher level customer service and problem solving advice in partnership with the Works Engineer, Works Supervisors and staff of Road Infrastructure Management.
