Half Cost Fencing

The owner of adjoining properties are typically responsible for half of the cost of any boundary fences that are erected. Where a property is adjacent to a Council controlled reserve, and the owner wishes to construct a fence, the Council will may (on application) agree to pay for half of the cost of a standard fence.
