An inspection sheet is a hard copy document printed out to facilitate that collection of data in the field.
Inspection sheets can be either generic or tailored for a specific asset or range of assets.
Below is an example of a tailored inspection sheet used by Bundaberg Regional Council.
The inspection sheet includes information about each asset, including; the asset's name and id number. This reduces the amount of information that needs to be recorded in the field and the possibility of transcription errors.
