Lease Management

Most local councils lease council owned buildings, properties or parts thereof to community, sporting or other groups or local businesses.

Some Councils also lease offices and/or other premises from third parties.

Lease Management is the management of these leases including;

  • the negotiation and renewal of leases,
  • the collection of rent,
  • the maintaining of a lease register,
  • the scheduling of inspections and other activities associated leases.
