Local Government (Finance and Reporting) Reguations 2004
Local Government (Finance and Reporting) Reguations 2004 are Regulations created under the Victorian Local Government Act 1989,
The stated objective of the regulations is to prescribe:
- the manner in which the standard statements and financial statements of a Council are to be prepared and their contents;
- the information to be included in a Council Plan, budget, revised budget and annual report;
- other matters required to be prescribed under Parts 6 and 7 of the Act.
