MOCT

MOCT is a personal philosophy based on the ideals of being; modern, open, collaborative & transparent.

Interestingly in English MOCT would probably me pronounced "Mocked", but in Russian it means "Bridge" and is pronounced "Morst". Which begs the question, is the MOCT philosophy something to be mocked or is it a way to build a bridge to a better world?

Behaviors

1. Publish your work under a Creative Commons license or release it to the public domain rather than under a restrictive copyright. Encourage others to do the same.
2. Look for modern ways to do things. Don't accept that just because something has been done a certain way in the past, the old way is the best way of doing it.
3. Use, contribute to, and advocate for open source software.
4. Use wikis to collaborate and organise and share knowledge.
5. Share your knowledge openly and freely.
