National Asset Management Assessment Framework
They National Asset Management Assessment Framework (NAMAF) is a methodology for assessing the maturity of a Council's Asset Management practices and processes.
Councils are given a spreadsheet in August each year containing and large number of asset related questions and encouraged to submit the completed spreadsheet to the consultants responsible for managing the process in their state.
