Pressure Sustaining Valve

A pressure sustaining valve (PSV) is a type of valve that maintains pre-set minimum downstream pressure. This valve type is very similar to a safety relief valve.

For information on choosing type and size of a PSV, refer to WSA03 2002 Water Supply Code of Australia.
