Priority Infrastructure Plan

A Priority Infrastructure Plan (PIP) is a plan that identifies the future infrastructure needs of a Municipality. It provides a clear, transparent and certain basis for the calculation of infrastructure charges applicable to new developments.

PIPs are required by clauses 67, 68 and 69 in Part Six of the Queensland Local Government and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2006.
