Queensland Work Health and Safety Act 2011
The Queensland Work Health & Safety Act 2011 is one of a number of Acts & Regulations relevant to a Council's day to day operations.
The overall objective of the act is to prevent a person's death, injury or illness being caused by a workplace, by workplace activities, plant or substances.
