ROMAN was superseded by ROMAN II in 2012. ROMAN was an enhanced version of the RAMM software, which was introduced by WALGA to Western Australia as the standard asset management system for roads assets. The names ROMAN, ROMAN II and RAMM are used equally when describing the current ROMAN II software.
