SCARF

SCARF is a brain-based model for collaborating with and influencing others. It can be used to improve collaboration and communication across team within and between organisations.

SCARF stands for Status, Certainty, Autonomy, Relatedness and Fairness. SCARF posits that these factors are processed by the human brain as approach/avoid (reward/threat) survival responses.
