Section 173 Agreement
A Section 173 Agreement is an agreement between the land owner and a Council made under Section 173 of the Victorian Planning and Environment Act 1987. The agreement is entered on the title to the land and may restrict the future use, development or subdivision of the land. All subsequent owners of the land will be bound by such an agreement.
