Service Level Development
Service Level Development is the process of ascertaining of the most appropriate levels of service for a given service or a range of services.
In developing service levels a number of factors should be considered, including:
- Customer expectations
- Legislative requirements
- Financial constraints
- Resource availability
Development Process
- Document existing service levels
- Determine the cost of delivering the existing and alternate service levels
