Service Level Statement

A service level statement is a brief statement explaining to a customer the level of service that can be expected.

Service level statements are some times attached to outgoing correspondence.


"Council will endeavour to responed to all enquiries promptly. If a request is received out of hours work on the response will not commence until the next day."
