Triple Bottom Line
The Triple Bottom Line (TBL) is a meme arguing that businesses should consider how well they are doing "socially" and "environmentally" as well as "financially" when assessing their performance.
The triple bottom line is also described as "people, planet, profit".
ACELG's proposed National Sustainability Framework - Financial Planning & Reporting + Asset Planning & Management asks the question; "does council undertake an annual audit to report on trends on Triple Bottom Line/Quadruple Bottom Line service delivery?"
