Unspent Depreciation

Unspent Depreciation is the amount of depreciation raised in a given year over and above the amount spent on asset replacement.

As an example if the depreciation expense is $26m deficit, unrecouped depreciation is $12.5m, funded depreciation is $13.5m and replacement asset capital expenditure is $10m, then $3.5m is unspent depreciation.
