Victorian Disability Act 2006

The Victorian Disability Act 2006 was designed to "enact a new legislative scheme for persons with a disability which reaffirms and strengthens their rights and responsibilities and which is based on the recognition that this requires support across the government sector and within the community."

Section 38 of the Act mandates that all public sector bodies must prepare a Disability Action Plan.
