Victorian Ombudsman Act 1973

The Victorian Ombudsman Act 1973 was enacted to provide for the Appointment in Victoria of an Ombudsman with Power to investigate Administrative Actions taken by or on behalf of Government Departments and other Authorities, and for other purposes.
