Willingness to Pay
Willingness to Pay is the maximum amount an individual is willing to sacrifice to procure a good or avoid something undesirable.
The International Infrastructure Management Manual suggests that the concept of "willingness to pay" can be used to help assess the benefits associated with a particular proposal.
