Won't I become redundant if I document my knowledge in a wiki?
- I’ve been doing my best to document everything I know since 1999, and I’m still employed.
- I’ve learned heaps in the process, and consolidated my knowledge, by thinking about how to communicate it to others.
- In my experience sharing your knowledge absolutely increases your value to an organisation.
- It is also a great way to 'remember' something that was learned earlier but which has been 'lost' in the recesses of time :)
